Another RS 19" Alloy Sourced
Just sourced another 19" RS Speedline Alloy. This one cost me £140 and has been professionally refurbished and not used since it has been refurbished. Here are a few pics of the alloys

Megane RS 8.25J X 19" Speedline Alloy Test Fit
Today we received a 19" 8.25J Speedline alloy that we purchased for a cheap price. We test fitted to see if the alloy will fit the stock OEM hub. It seems to fit perfectly fine. However, since it does not have a tyre fitted, cannot really test to see if it will rub on the wheel arch linings when turning. I will get a tyre fitted and see if all is well.

Megane RS250 LED DRL's on at night

For those RenaultSport Megane 250 owners that have the stock OEM LED lights. As you probably already know, the OEM setup at present makes them go off when headlights come on. I believe that Renault have changed this on the new Megane RS265 and allowed them to stay on with headlights but at a dimmer output like other car manufacturers. I've had a few requests on the MeganeSport.net forum about creating a mod to allow this for the exisiting RS250's. So i've drawn up a diagram for a custom wiring loom that can be built to allow this feature.
I've attached the diagram below. This setup, will allow the LED DRL's to stay on when headlights/sidelights are on and they will be much dimmer at night so that no one breaks the law

LED DRL Unit Rebuild for Megane RS 250
I was recently given a blown/damaged set of LED DRL unit from a Megane
RS 250. As these units were blown and damaged they were given to me for
free as i purchased other items from the donor car. I thought I would
open them up and replace the LED's inside with 3W Luxeon LED's and
re-seal it up, and then just keep them as spare parts for my car if I
ever needed them or maybe even sell them on at a later stage.
